I do not know anything about Bankston’s yet, but when I hear something I will let you know.

Daddy-Os is planning on opening, not sure when though. Check out their Twitter https://twitter.com/DaddyOHotelLBI for updates. Last tweet was “Hello Friends! Reconstruction of Daddy O has begun! We’ll be posting updates as things progress and keep… http://fb.me/23flKkvww” You can also check out their Facebook http://www.facebook.com/pages/Daddy-O/127096386843.

Yellowfin is now open weekends.

  Anonymous wrote @

Is Joe pop’s open?

  Anonymous wrote @

Any news on Murphys? I haven’t seen any activity over there….

  sls5517 wrote @

Joe Pop’s is not open yet, but they are working in there. I have not been given an opening date, but when I hear I will be sure to let you know.

  sls5517 wrote @

We were just asked to bring them “See You This Summer” signs, so they will certainly be back and open for the summer, but I do not think they have given an opening date yet. I will let you know when I hear more.

  misspriss wrote @

Is Skipper Dipper open?

  sls5517 wrote @

Skipper Dipper is not open in the off season, but they will open this summer as usual.

  Anonymous wrote @

When will the Acme open?

  sls5517 wrote @

We do not have a date yet, it is “In the works” We were just told they are working on it and it will be ready for the summer.

Is the Bayberry Inn in Ship Bottom open?

  sls5517 wrote @

The Bayberry Inn is not open now, there is work being done on the property, but I do not know when it will open. When I find out I will post.

What about The Hud?

  sls5517 wrote @

It will be opening this Friday (April 19th)!

Is Ocean Bay grocery store open or going to open?

  Pat Kaufman wrote @

Joey’s Pizza? Are any of the 3 stores open?

  Ann wrote @

What about the beaches? Will there be any replenishment started before the 2013 season?

  sls5517 wrote @

I do not know about Ocean Bay, but I know it has been for sale for some time.

Pat, Joey’s on the mainland is open as usual, the one on SB is being worked on as we speak, and I would bet the BHC one will open by the summer.

Ann, we have been told that there WILL be replenishment, but have not been given dates. However, we have enough sand on our beaches, now that they are certainly visitable for the summer if the Army Corps do not get to us before Memorial Day.

  Ann wrote @

Thanks for the update.

  April wrote @

Any news on Country Kettle Chowda and CK Fudge in Beach Haven? And Panzones in BH? My son is also dying to find out about Dollar Parlor. Thanks for any updates!

  sls5517 wrote @

Panzones in BH is opening May 17th.

  Bob brechka wrote @

What about Hands? Will they re open?

  sls5517 wrote @

April, CK fudge in Surf City is open now, an the Beach Haven CK’s should be open for the summer. I do not know about the Dollar Parlor, however, they were on the second floor so I am sure the store is fine. Panzone’s in Surf City is open now, the one in Beach Have has a for sale sign, but we were also asked to put a “See You This Summer” sign there, so again, I am not sure. As the weeks go on and I get more information I will be sure to let you know of any updates.

  April wrote @

Thanks so much! I’m hoping CK Chowda is good to go too for the summer – there is no chowda that compares! =)

  sls5517 wrote @

Bob, I saw people in there last week, so I assume they are working to get it up and ready for the summer. If i hear more I will let you know.

  Chris wrote @
