LBI Joint Emergency Operations Center (LBIEOC) has information for the whole island in general. Check here first.

LONG BEACH TOWNSHIP

LBT main site has information on Tax Assessments, Debris Removal, ICC claims, and much more. The LBT Police Department site also has information for township residents.

BEACH HAVEN

The BH main site has events listed, FAQs as well as general updates. There is also a page of Beach Haven specific updates and announcements as well as a page solely devoted to references for merchants.

SURF CITY

Surf City does not have a borough website, but there is a site with some SC related information. The Surf City Volunteer Fire Company also has a site has some updates, but most will be on their facebook page.

HARVEY CEDARS

Harvey Cedars main page has announcements for the borough, and the temporary SBA office is now closed, but the Manahawkin office between RT 9 and Rt 72 is open in Heritage Park.  FEMA is located next to St Mary’s Church at 179 S Main St (Rt 9).

BARNEGAT LIGHT

Barnegat Light’s site has important information located in their “Quick Updates” on the left had side.

The main FEMA site is http://www.fema.gov/ to research your general questions. Coastal analysis and mapping of New York and New Jersey information is here.  To look at your specific area on the island click here and zoom in to your street. After you have looked at what area your street is located in learn more about ABFE  and how it could affect your rebuilding efforts.

As mentioned above, the Small Business Administration has set up a temporary office at the Harvey Cedars Bible Conference. Check out the main site and then go with any paperwork or questions you may have.
